Ⅴ. Product Information

Due to differences in production batches or manufacturing processes, there may be slight variations in color, size, or packaging, which are generally not considered defects.

Ⅵ. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Fees

All prices include Australian GST and customs duties.

We use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping policy, meaning all fees are included in the price, and no additional payment is required upon delivery.

Any import fees, shipping costs, or other additional charges will be indicated on the order page.

Ⅶ. Orders and Payments

Once payment is completed, the order enters the processing and shipping stage.

Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.

The payment process uses encryption technology to minimize security risks.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in reasonable circumstances, such as suspected errors or unusual activities.

Ⅷ. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs vary based on order details and shipping addresses.

Actual delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, it typically cannot be canceled. After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but returns can be requested once the item is received.

Refunds will be submitted to the bank within 3 business days, and the funds are expected to arrive within 10–15 business days.
