- To request a return or exchange, please contact our after-sales support team with the following information:

Approval and Return Instructions

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (PDF) and a download link for shipping instructions.

After receiving the instructions, carefully package the item to be returned, print the label, and attach it to the package.
- The prepaid label (PDF) is valid for 7 days, so you must deliver the package to the designated carrier within this period.

Exchange: After confirming the product’s condition, a replacement item will be sent immediately, and a tracking number will be provided.
